The Real Horse Company pty Ltd  product contains small pieces which may be a choking hazard for small children.   Please ensure that you keep plastic bags and small parts away from small children.  

 

Warranty     

 

The Real Horse Company pty Ltd guarantees that all products and parts are fit for the purpose intended.  If the product  or any part is found to be faulty then The Real Horse Company pty Ltd will  replace the faulty item free of charge.     Please fill in the returns form from the website and email  the form to us. 

 

Returns      

 

The Real Horse Company pty Ltd offers a 30 day return policy.   We hope that you and your horse will be happy with the TriggerTreater^TM.   If you change your mind you may send the item back for a full refund of the purchase price.   The returned item must be sent by registered post unused and in the original condition and packaging within 30 days from receipt of the product.   Please fill in the returns form from the website and send a copy by email to us.
